Mad Monkey Fit Refund Policy

1. Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale items

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at madmonkeyfit@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
• Please securely pack the item(s) and include your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided in the return approval email.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, if eligable a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
